What we collect ourselves

Nothing. The converter runs entirely in your browser. Timestamps, dates and any other values you enter are never transmitted to our servers. We do not run analytics, do not set first-party cookies, and do not maintain user accounts.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. Google and its partners may:

• Use cookies such as the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
• Collect and process your device and browser identifiers, IP address, general location, and interaction data.
• Use this information for ad measurement, personalisation, and fraud prevention.

Cookies and consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Since we collect no personal data ourselves, such requests generally need to be directed at Google (the processor of advertising data). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Norway, this is the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Vercel may log standard request metadata — such as IP address, user agent and requested path — for security and operational purposes. See the Vercel privacy policy for details.

Children

Unixdates is a general-purpose developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as legal requirements change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.
